Yes! When you schedule an appointment your Candy Shoppenc Maids actually cleans your home. Cash tips are encouraged and appreciated.
No! All appointments are 100% confidential. We do not share your information with anyone except your Candy Shopp Maid. We also do NOT show up to your home in any type of Dream Maid’s marked vehicle.
For your appointment we will clean with supplies that you provide, so we appreciate if you had them ready for your Candy Shopp Maids. We recommend paper towels, rags, an excellent choice of music, and cleaning chemicals. If you do not have cleaning supplies the maid can provide supplies for a fee of $30.
Yes! We have discounts during most major holidays.
No. If a valid ID matching the name on the booking is not presented when your Dream Maid arrives she will terminate the appointment and no refund given.
Somewhat. Our Candy Shopp Maids enjoy socializing, dancing to music, cleaning, and having a good time. Candy Shopp Maids do NOT fulfill sexual requests.

No. All appointments must be paid for via Venmo invoice before the maid is sent to the home or private office. You can tip the maid in cash though.
Yes, but you will be charged an additional $100 on top of your requested service fee for Holiday pay. Also, the date cannot be on the actual Holiday itself. It has to be before or after.
We are taking payments via Venmo, who takes all major credit cards and gift cards as acceptable payment methods
No. If any photographs or videos are taken we will hunt you down, break your camera, and trip you down 13 steps. Okay, we won’t, but we will be extremely pissed and your appointment will be immediately terminated without a refund.
Absolutely positively not. Under no circumstances can you come into physical contact with your Candy Shoppenc Maid. If physical contact is initiated your appointment will be terminated immediately without a refund.
We do require basic information to ensure your Candy Shopp safety, and for billing. Information included (but may not be limited to) would be credit card information, phone number, billing address, and an appointment address. A valid ID must be presented upon arrival.
Your Candy Shopp Maid will arrive in normal casual clothing, more than likely with a bag with clothes to change in. Once she arrives she will ask you to provide your ID and when your identification is confirmed you can show your Dream Maid around and provide a private space for her to change. At this point you can discuss special requests and questions may have. Your Candy Shopp Maid will then clean your home for your scheduled duration.
Yes, but it must be discussed before hand and the intended person must be over the age of 21. If the ID presented does not match the name on the booking the appointment will be terminated.
Any other person(s) being at the house must be discussed ahead of time. If there is a party or get together that was not previously approved, your appointment will be terminated without refund.
Yes, but please know that you will be charge for them individually and not as a pair.
Yes! We will send you a list of the maids who service your area and you can choose from there. If there is someone that you are interested in who does not service your area, they can travel to you with a travel fee or you can fly them to your location. Please keep in mind that when flying a maid to you, you are responsible for all expenses: round trip flight, transportation to and from the airport (you cannot drive her yourself), hotel accommodations (if needed), a service fee over 3 hours (minimum fee of $300), plus tips.
